The Bayer and Monsanto integration

A letter from Monsanto:

As we recently communicated, Bayer has successfully completed its acquisition of Monsanto and we are pleased to inform you that we will now begin our integration journey. The divestment of specified assets to BASF is now complete, marking the fulfillment of the hold separate conditions required by the United States Department of Justice. Now we can begin a new chapter to shape the future of agriculture for the benefit of farmers, consumers and our planet.

We deeply value our relationships that we have developed over many years.  Our message to you today is simple: we remain committed to collaborating with you to tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges.  As a new Bayer team we intend to strengthen our commitment to innovation.

We encourage you to maintain relationships with your existing Bayer and Monsanto networks. We are committed to keeping you updated as we grow together.

We know we are ultimately measured by the value we are able to deliver to our stakeholders. Therefore, we invite your feedback on how we can be a better partner.  Please share your feedback with your local representative or via yourquestions@Bayer.com.

We look forward to engaging with you to understand your perspectives, priorities and questions moving forward.

Thank you for your continued interest and for your willingness to collaborate with us.
